✅ Non-Refundable Sales – Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once access has been granted.
✅ License Restriction – Purchasing a product grants a single-user license only. Unauthorized sharing or distribution may result in legal action.
✅ Subscription & Memberships – Any recurring subscriptions can be cancelled at any time, but refunds will not be issued for past payments.
4. Coaching & Consulting Terms
✅ No Guarantees – HHG provides strategies and mentorship, but business success is not guaranteed. Results vary by individual effort.
✅ Rescheduling Policy – Clients must notify HHG at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule a coaching session.
✅ Non-Disparagement Clause – Clients agree not to publicly defame HHG or its representatives. Any disputes will be settled privately.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
✅ All materials, courses, eBooks, trademarks, and content on this website are owned by HHG.
✅ Unauthorized use, duplication, or distribution will result in legal consequences.
6. Limitation of Liability
✅ HHG is not responsible for any loss, business failure, or damages resulting from the use of its content, courses, or coaching.
✅ HHG is not liable for third-party links, testimonials, or external platforms referenced on its website.

“The laws of the State of Queensland, Australia govern this Agreement. Any dispute will first be referred to mediation in Brisbane. If unresolved, the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.”
