1. Digital Products (eBooks, Courses, Downloads, & PDFs)

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final, and refunds are not provided once access has been granted or a download has been made. However, if you experience technical difficulties accessing your purchase, please contact us for assistance.

​2. Coaching & Consulting Services

• Coaching and consulting services are non-refundable once the session has been completed.

• If you need to reschedule a session, you must notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid forfeiting your session.

• In exceptional cases, refunds may be considered at our sole discretion if a session has not been delivered and a valid reason is provided.

​3. Online Courses & Memberships

• No refunds will be issued once a course has been accessed or completed.

• If you experience technical issues, we will work with you to resolve them.

• Subscriptions or memberships can be cancelled at any time, but previous payments are non-refundable.

4. Event Tickets & Workshops

• Event and workshop tickets are non-refundable, but you may transfer your ticket to another person if you are unable to attend.

• If HHG cancels an event, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer your registration to a future event.

5. Unauthorized Refund Requests

• Chargebacks or disputes initiated without contacting HHG first may result in permanent account suspension and loss of access to future purchases.
